Project Description:

This project involved full scope from land development to turnkey construction. We worked with the client very closely on the budget and function of this shop and office building. Construction was completed in 8 months and on budget. This was a winter build and we experienced environmental challenges on this build but always went back to our client with a creative solution not an unresolved problem. Again, this was a concept and a design build.
